In a large skillet, break down and brown the beef over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook until the beef is cooked.
Once the beef is fully cooked, drain out the excess grease and then add the seasonings, tomato sauce, and water. Stir to combine.
Lower the heat to medium-low, or lower, until the sauce is at a low simmer. Cover with a tilted lid.
Allow to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until your pasta has finished cooking.
While the sauce simmers, get your pasta water boiling and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Drain your pasta and toss in the meat sauce. Serve with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
