Lemon Blueberry Cottage Cheese Bowl
Creamy cottage cheese goes great with fresh blueberries, tangy lemon zest, crunchy pecans and a sweet drizzle of honey. This recipe is for one cottage cheese bowl, but feel free to duplicate the recipe for each additional bowl to serve more!
Servings 1 bowl
- ½ cup cottage cheese (I used large curd)
- ¼ cup washed and dried blueberries
- a sprinkle of lemon zest
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- drizzle of honey
Spoon out the cottage cheese in a bowl and top with the blueberries, lemon zest, and pecans.
Drizzle the honey over top (as much or as little as you like!) and serve.
