Chicken Salad Club Sandwich
A slight twist on the classic club sandwich. Creamy chicken salad, crunchy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato slices on top of toasty bread slices.
Servings 2 sandwiches
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 small tomato
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup chicken salad homemade (see notes) or store-bought
Toast the slices of bread to your liking.
Slice the tomato into thin slices and lay on a paper towel and blot dry.
Start by layering the lettuce and tomato slices on top of each sandwich half.
Divide the chicken salad between the two sandwiches and top with the bacon and top bread slice.
Cut sandwiches in half on a diagonal and serve.
