Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Bowls

Satisfying cottage cheese bowls topped with apples, pecans, cinnamon, raisins, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Great for breakfast & meal-prep!

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • 4 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 4 tbsp golden raisins (purple works too)
  • ground cinnamon
  • maple syrup for drizzling


  • Divide the cottage cheese between 4 bowls or containers. (1/2 cup for each bowl)
  • Divide the apple between the 4 bowls.
  • Top each bowl with about 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon of raisins.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top of each bowl and drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
  • Serve immediately and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
