Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Bowls
Satisfying cottage cheese bowls topped with apples, pecans, cinnamon, raisins, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Great for breakfast & meal-prep!
Servings 4 bowls
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 large apple, diced
- 4 tbsp chopped pecans
- 4 tbsp golden raisins (purple works too)
- ground cinnamon
- maple syrup for drizzling
Divide the cottage cheese between 4 bowls or containers. (1/2 cup for each bowl)
Divide the apple between the 4 bowls.
Top each bowl with about 1 tablespoon of chopped pecans and 1 tablespoon of raisins.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of each bowl and drizzle with maple syrup to taste.
Serve immediately and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
